The basic concept of the deck is to get a Kiln Fiend or Nivix Cyclops out on the field as soon as possible. Then using a combination of one-drop instants to give them unblockable+ double strike for 20+ damage. You only need three lands on the field to win, as all of the instants and sorcery cards are 2 or less CMC. Mutagenic growth is a pretty absurd addition because it does not cost any mana at all. Even if you do not draw the perfect hand, cards such as Guttersnipe, Gelectrode, and Blistercoil Weird have wonderful sync with the mass amount of instants in the deck. I am strongly considering taking out Teleportal and Melek, Izzet Paragon for more guttersnipes and unblockables, but i am leaving them in for now because it keeps it interesting. I am also considering the implementation of some sort of trample, but right now unblockable+double strike is working out nicely. This is literally my first deck, and it is obviously not legal so please be nice. I know the glass cannon strategy of it all is kind of cheap, but I assure you it is a blast to play :D.
