Love these style decks. Fluxcharger is equally funny, especially when you cast Tower Defense on him.

I like this deck a lot, but it looks like you really need some draw outside of Gitaxian Probe . I have a similar deck (i'll link if requested) that has 3x Faithless Looting , which helps a lot. I usually mainboard Mana Leak , with Dispel in the sideboard. Also 4x Vandalblast in the SB for those darn affinity decks. Assault Strobe and Distortion Strike may find their home in my deck though.

Consider Apostle's Blessing
for protection paying 1 and 2 life. It's worth it if you want to keep the fiend alive. Too bad it's white, but still... I use it in my *Luxuria (RDW) .

maybe focus more on green for Vines of Vastwood and Ranger's Guile type cards.modern is saturated with kill spells, and your creatures although big, aren't very evasive( except for the flying from wee of course). Things like hexproof and pro white/red is huge.

why bother using Vines of Vastwood which costs G or GG, when he can use Mizzium Skin ? at least Apostle's Blessing has the evasion bonus.

With the number of Instant and sorcery spells in this deck, Guttersnipe , Gelectrode or Talrand, Sky Summoner may work in this deck. Guttersnipe and Talrand, Sky Summoner works great with Gitaxian Probe and Gut Shot

deck looks great +1. The use of City of Brass and all the multi-colour one drops is great.
Have you considered Spellheart Chimera . A bit late game but could be interesting.

Have you tried going to 18 or 17 lands to really push it to the limit? With such a low mana curve you may be able to go that low. +1 from me
