I love queen marchesa! I use her as a politics/control commander. May I recommend Martial Coup? It's flavorful, controlling AND makes tokens!

Solitary Confinement is really gross and something you can play as long as you have the monarchy to still draw/prevent combat damage to you.

I like Solitary Confinement but I play in a more casual group so I rather not ad cards that make the game un-fun for others. Very good card though, Thank you for the suggestion :)

I gotcha. My kitchen table playgroup has the whole "competitive casual" vibe, it definitely wouldn't be in there if my friends didn't play gross combo haha

A more or less classical version of the Queen.

Sunforger Package looks nice, but I would cut Lightning Helix and maybe a Plains to add addtional card draw and ramp - Painful Truths and the remaining Rakdos Signet would be pretty neat... Also Mistveil Plains for the recycling option :D

Lightning Helix is defiantly on my short list of cards to cut, i'm not a huge fan of Painful Truths but I have heavily considered Rakdos Signet so I might add that. Also ill also look into Mistveil Plains. I have also considered adding The Immortal Sun for some card draw do you think that would be a good option? Thank you for the suggestions

You don't play walkers, so that's an upside. It's a good value card - but it's better suited in a mono color deck than in yours.

Used to own a Kinnan deck. Very fun! Especially at instant speed :)
