Voltron and Control with Callaphe, Beloved of the Sea

This deck is all about your devotion to Blue and classic Blue mechanics. You'll be playing lots of tap down effects, using the flying mechanic, drawing cards, and using protective spells and creatures to power up Callaphe and get her through enemy lines. Her ability makes getting rid of her and your devotion a pain and you should be able to start 2-shotting people by turn 5 or 6.
