Kindred Changelings

Modern Combo Mono-Blue

Sideboard

The main aim of this deck is to play Shapesharer, and attach Call to the Kindred to him. As he is a changeling, and thus all creatures types, I can take any creature out of the top five cards of my library and put it on the battlefield.

Key Interactions:Shapesharer + Stormtide Leviathan : Shapesharer can copy the Leviathan the turn it hits the battlefield, swinging for 8 unblockable while Leviathan's second ability prevents the vast majority of their creatures from counter attacking. The turn after, a copied Leviathan and the real thing can seal the game.

Blightsteel Colossus + Shapesharer : The turn you use Kindred to get Blightsteel out, you can copy him with Sharer and swing for the win.

Card Choices:Call to the Kindred: Necessary for this deck to work.

Shapesharer: The best changeling for the job. Although I could use a myriad of other ones, his copy ability really makes him shine.

Stormtide Leviathan : A pretty awesome finisher, as he locks out the opponent from attacking. Also, since all lands are islands now, a Choke hits use both.

Blightsteel Colossus: Strictly better than Emrakul, as your Sharer can copy your Blightsteel and not kill it. 1 hit KO's are always fun.

Temporal Mastery: Only have one, some I'm going to try the one of. The amount of scrying I have should be able to set me up for a miracle. An extra turn will help develop my board and prepare to combo.

Mystic Speculation: Basically for looking for combo pieces, and preparing for the turns to come.

Vendilion Clique: I was luck enough to pull one, so into the deck it goes. :P

Augury Owl: Helps scry + chump block

Raft of counterspells: Since an enchanted creature is prone to removal, these help protect them. I'm still trying to get figure out which ones do the job the best. Dissolve is more for holding off the opponent.

Notes:This deck is still under construction, and I'm trying to figure out what sideboard cards to put in it, so help in that field would be particularly appreciated. Also, some of the cards, namely Cryptic Annelid as it costs too much to set up a combo I should be playing that turn, are likely/going to be changed out.
