Maybeboard

Experiment Kraj is a solid combo piece, and this deck thoroughly demonstrates that. Pre-combo, is reserved for buildup like Orochi Leafcaller (The Yams), tutoring, and loads upon loads of mana ramp (Including Infinite). The desired commander casting is turn 5, including extra mana to counter spot removal, wraths, and countermagic.

The combo is very simple. You tap Experiment Kraj for mana, then untap it for less mana. Once you have infinite mana, you can tap kraj to put infinite counters on itself and swing for lethal. For this you need a mana outlet (Infinite) and an untap outlet (Enabler).

Our mana outlets (Infinite) each have their upsides and downsides. Firstly we have Bloom Tender, Gyre Sage, and Viridian Joiner, which each tend to fall flat on their faces by not generating enough blue mana, although this is easily avoided if you tutor out Pili-Pala as your untap outlet. Our other mana outlets (Infinite) are Krosan Restorer and Magus of the Candelabra which can generate infinite mana in a scheme of ways. The problems here are getting 7 cards into your graveyard in 6 turns with Krosan Restorer, or needing [[Gaea's Cradle with Magus of the Candelabra.

Untap outlets (Enabler) include Pili-Pala , Horseshoe Crab , Simic Ragworm and last but not least Morphling which provides added protection and evasion. Again if you want an untap outlet (Enabler) with no strings attached I recommend Pili-Pala .

You may have by now noticed a falling out between the green mana generated by Bloom Tender, Gyre Sage and Viridian Joiner and the blue mana required to infinitely untap with anything but Pili-Pala . For this exact reason we have Gemstone Array: unfortunately high on our curve but keeps the infinite mana forever, and Orochi Leafcaller: tutorable if necessary and an easy one mana to play at the drop of a hat.

Lastly we are met with the fabled "How-In-The-Hell-Does-Infinite-Mana-Help-Us". While it is true that we can't infinite Fireball to the face, Experiment Kraj itself provides us with our win condition. You may have noticed that minor but egregious tap: put a +1/+1 counter on target creature, which paired with infinite mana and an infinite untap source gives us an infinitely massive Evpirement Kraj. You proceed to swing that bish at your opponent's face for well over lethal.

You may be asking yourself: What if my opponent has a Kobolds of Kher Keep to chump block my commander? Forfeit right now, now is not the time for you. JK. When you are met with this dilemma, we have a bunch of tutors and either Morphling for flight, or Spincrusher for unblockable. An Akroma's Memorial will also play the part, or perhaps the Thornling in our sideboard, but Spincrusher is cheap and playable without infinite mana.

All in all, very good deck. When played right, even under the nose of control, this deck will consistently win turn 6. Sidenote: the cards listed in the maybeboard are just the Cunning Wish and Living Wish targets, don't think that they are just some whack additions.
