A rough layout of the budget King Macar deck I'm building. Essentially, I chose him as he's new, flavorful, isn't innately OP/powerhousey and doesn't require too much to build around. Any suggestions are helpful, as there are very few other decks around him out atm and finding Inspired enablers that are actually effective is proving difficult. Any suggestions are welcome.

-----------General Strategy--------------

This deck has a large focus on artifacts, as he can generate a lot helping you trigger metalcraft/affinity effects helping you accelerate into power plays like Blightsteel Colossus. Others change the ablities of the coins, such as Krark-Clan Ironworks that double their mana output, even if it is colourless. Trading Post draws cards- you get the idea. There are also the inspired enablers, the most powerful being Staff of Domination and Puppet Strings . There are then a few powerhouse sweepers like Plague Wind to help you establish utter control. Static Orb is incredibly effective due to you exiling all the creatures they would untap with which in turn generates you mana, so you can easily lock them out of the game. Rings of Brighthearth is able to combo infinitely with Basalt Monolisk, which is extremely useful for a tonne of tapping and untapping. My favourite use for Diabolic Revelation so far has been for those two cards and Staff of Domination, allowing complete and utter board control.

As always, suggestions are helpful, but nothing over about 15 's gonna be added as I want to keep it both cheap and store-friendly. Thanks!
