First roughly functioning version of my budget Macar deck (i.e. little to no tutors, no Coffers, and so on).
Goals: snipe those creatures until you've ramped enough to kill the opponents with some X spells.
The MVP of the deck is Honor-Worn Shaku, as it plays the role of ramp and Macar-tapper extremely well.
