Brago was my first commander deck, and is still my favorite to play. His blink ability allows you to get massive values out of relatively underplayed cards, and better yet, get even more value out of highly played cards. (I'm lookin at you, Glen Elendra Archmage). This deck wins by simply locking down the enemies' board states until you combo off with Sol Ring + Strionic Resonator . Just get Brago out with some haste and protection Lightning Greaves, make him unblockable if need be Unquestioned Authority, and swing in to trigger your ability and get all the ETB effects. The main way to combo out is Sol Ring + Strionic Resonator or any other mana rock(s) that can produce at least 2 mana. Just put Brago's ability on the stack, and then copy it with the Resonator, let the top one resolve to untap the resonator and the rock(s), and then repeat, while infinitely blinking stuff like Reality Acid. This deck is super fun to play, and has the ability to be both diplomatic as well as highly competitive. I would love to hear any suggestions/questions you guys have.
