This deck looks really cool and I'm tempted to try it myself!

Assuming the mana base can't be messed with to much (because that'd probably ruin the budget aspect of the deck) I think the only changes I'd maybe make is switching out the Healing Leaves for Putrefy and Bump in the Night for Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord

KossRS actually you could throw probably throw in Jungle Hollow and Foul Orchard without much issue.

I like having Healing Leaves and Bump in the Night for that bit of cheap lifegain, in case everything doesn't go according to plan, but you're welcome to make the deck yourself with those replacements.

If you do, let me know how it works out!

rather than leaves or bump i'd add ways to kill creatures instead. Otherwise they will just keep attacking every turn dealing more and more damage. It's a lot more efficient to take care of the source.

The whole deck is a sick beast. Totally love this. I really just don't get what drekavak is there for. Just to trigger the madness on alms of the vein? Noose Constrictor or Wild Mongrel might be better for that as you don't have to trigger the madness as the creature enters.
