Kinnan has been a favorite of mine since Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths. I've been "brewing" this deck for about 2 months currently (since the card was leaked). My Discord buddies and I talked about it as soon as it was leaked and I immediately loved it. Here is the final product of weeks of research, not only is it fun but is a level 1 commander. This was built to be competitive but if your looking for a cheaper budget option I will make it eventually. However most of the cards in here are (as far as the commons go) very budget friendly. Now since I'm writing about the deck I should probably explain how you win with it (for those of you who might not know). Our most important card in this deck is Basalt Monolith, it goes infinite with our commander (but makes generic mana) and we can use the mana to use Kinnan's ability. Our goal is to find Thrasios, because once we have him on the field we can win through his ability (we find walking ballista, etc...). If someone exiles our key piece not all is lost, we can generate infinite mana (of any color too) by using Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura (we want Pemmin's Aura before Freed from the Real). We can attach these cards to let's say our Sylvan Caryatid or Bloom Tender to net us infinite green and blue (which are the only colors we'll need). Once we have infinite mana we will win through Thrasios tutoring up Walking ballista. Some other cards of importance are Protean Hulk, this is especially good when most of our deck is focusing on doubling our mana produced from our dorks. When our Protean Hulk dies (if no one kills it we can with cards like Pongify or Rapid Hybridization) we can tutor literally every dork in our deck!
