1. Kinnan, adds an extra per tapped non-land permanent
2. Bassalt Monolith
3. Freed From the Real on any creature that can produce blue
4. Use Kinnan to cycle through your creatures until you get Thrasios
5. Put down every card except for Thassa's Oracle
6. Drop Thassa's Oracle last to auto-win.

Use Moonsilver and Trophy Mage to get that Basalt early. Sensei's Top and other card draw advantage are there to help make sure Kinnan's ability isn't a waste, and hopefully speed things up.
