This deck is all about hand stacking and mana fixing. The goal is to set up your next draws with Sigiled Starfish or to draw what you want with Anticipate. If you can get your counter spells you can buy time until larger creatures like Dragonlord Ojutai or Sunscorch Regent come up.

Sigiled Starfish is here to help make sure you don't have a wasted card draw.

Kiora, Master of the Depths is awesome to keep either Sigiled Starfish untapped for multiple scry opportunities or Dragonlord Ojutai untapped to keep her hexproof plus a land untapped.

Narset Transcendent let's you scry for an instant or sorcery. You can also use her minus 2 to give spells like Anticipate rebound.

Monastery Siege is here to slow down burn decks or removal of any kind, Dragons is the way to go for both to make them commit to one spell and then Silumgar's Scorn or Scatter to the Winds for only 2 blue if you have Jace's Sanctum on the board.
