Your landcount is terrible 0_0 !

You need to remove:

2x Ichorclaw Myr

2x Myr Enforcer

3x Renowned Weaponsmith (It does nothing in this deck)

2x Plague Myr

2x Tide Drifter

And add some lands, (You need at least 15) some removal (possibly you'll like Duplicant).

Good luck =)

I would like to point out that Renowned Weaponsmith can be tapped for 2 mana to cast any of the myrs or artifacts, which make up 96% of the deck. Also, I know there is a land issue, that is part of why I want help. Do note that 50% of the cards (including lands) produce mana.

One thing to note is that even though this deck is lacking in lands, it doesn't suffer all that much from this. More than a third of these cards can be played with just 2 mana, and over half the deck with three. While other decks rely on lands to play things, here I only need 2 and I'm on a roll. That said, I do want a higher land count, so any suggestions are most welcome.

I play tested this deck, and I have to say, it was surprisingly good. 50% of the 20-something tries ended up with me going infinite on both mana and tokens before turn 10, and 75% had me with 10+ man going ending turn 5. While not drawing lands was a minor issue, in a casual household style game with infinite mulligans it is a non-issue, and of the 20+ times I tried it only 3 times did I not have enough lands to start- and tht's without trying to mulligan! All said, I think this deck works like a charm, but again, I'm always looking to improve, so feedback is welcome.

Tolarian Academy and Westvale Abbey  Flip are both too expensive for me but would make nice additions if you can afford it.

If I were to put in Westvale Abbey  Flip and Tolarian Academy I would take out the Tide Drifters, the Plague Myrs, and all the 4-drops.

I think it's good decision. =)

I was considering putting in Hangarback Walker since this deck generates a ton of man and is missing a bomb to finish with. Is this a good idea?

I also have a play set of Colossus of Akros that is just waiting to be used if that would be better.

July 26, 2016 10:56 p.m.

Colossus of Akros is incredible. A 20/20 indestructible trampler can't be ignored. I run them in a home-brewed kitchen table casual Urzatron deck, Urzatron 2.3, that includes Fling and Soul's Fire to get the damage through even if they have a way to stop combat damage. Works beautifully.

I don't know if I'd put any deck with four Sol Ring's as "Casual"; but might just be me....

if you want this to be reliable you should add 0-cost mana generators! Get those Lotus Petals and Mana Crypts going!!!

As it stands now it won't work 3/5 of the time (roughly)...

I agree with the "more lands" sentiment. Since most of the stuff in the deck is colorless, my recommendations would be utility lands like Ghost Quarter, Tectonic Edge, Buried Ruin (Wasteland, Strip Mine, Ancient Tomb if you go non-budget)--stuff that provides value once you don't necessarily need it for mana. Also should definitely add the fourth Silver Myr.

8 Total Lands

Well, that's not too hard to pull ooff when the decklist includes a playset of Sol Rings (i.e. the most broken mana stone ever printed) ... Oo

drop Apprentice Wizard asap, his double blue mana cost puts a huge strain on mostly colorless mana production. (in tests, even weaponscraft enthusiast was hard to cast)

Skill Borrower is a solid alternate choice, and Faerie Mechanist gives some utility to the deck as does Foundry Inspector

add Foundry Inspector but otherwise very good deck!

If you can afford them, Walking Ballista is a great mana sink and, if you get a ton or infinite mana, you can gun down your opponent with him.
