I made a few changes. I followed Ponderit's advice and added Path to Exile (which might not give the opponent that huge an advantage after all) instead of Swords to Plowshares. I removed Windbrisk Heights, which was never really any use to me. Instead I added the combination Land Tax + Emeria, the Sky Ruin to increase the card draw, drop down a lot of lands and be able to pull in creatures from my graveyard! I added some more Mirror Entities, since they tend to win the game for me every now and then.
