Increasing devotion would def be added if I splashed Green and added some ramp, I just feel it breaks my curve to much I would really appreciate some sideboard suggestions though :D

Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx ?

I do like the possibility of Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx though I have a very low devotion rate seeing most of my creatures are tokens, I guess Honor of the Pure would be a nice bump and maybe move my White Sun's Zenith back to main board :D

You could get around splashing black by running Midnight Haunting instead of lingering souls. Also, how do you feel about Entreat the Angels for some strong flight game?

without splash black you have no protection. your opponent can cast easily the card that will kill you. so i suggest you to make it much more aggro. try to remove 4x Signal Pest and 1x Hero of Bladehold and add 4x Doomed Traveler and 1x Brimaz, King of Oreskos

I have both Brave the Elements and Path to Exile for protection :O Doomed Traveler is a decent chump blocker at best! Where Signal Pest acts as an extra Honor of the Pure making my tokens swing heavy! I will keep Brimaz, King of Oreskos as a two of because of Legend ruling. Hero of Bladehold stacks with its battle cry mechanic! way to good to ignore!

This may not be to your liking, but what about Luminarch Ascension for some tokens. Unless your opponent has trample, you can chump block to get those counters early then start late game angel craziness.
