I'll probably end up cutting Breeding Pool for a basic forest.

Perhaps even remove two Thought Scours and add two basic lands. You have a lot of fetch lands to fuel your yard for the one delve card you incorporated.

I agree definately try for 18 lands 16 is crazy ballsy and Thought Scour is definately the cut.
Love the deck though. Vey similar to what i'm currently running except i run 5c for Tasigur, the Golden Fang and Tribal Flames.
You should also take a look at Vapor Snag and Boros Charm the indestructable can be invaluable. Or if money isnt an issue the crazy versatile Dromoka's Command

I only have 2 drops and can trips galore. 16 lands hasn't been a problem yet. I do like 1-2 copies of dromokas command

I've been thinking of adding it myself but the only problem is that it's a little awkward with lightning helix

When you're running 5-color, you're a little beyond the point of "a little awkward," unless you're running true mana fixers...

this might be a stupid suggestion but...
you could cut delver. it's a strong card but really underwhelming when it doesn't flip. In its place you could run Kolaghan's Command and another snapcaster along with the set of tribal flames.

At 45% instants and sorcery spells it's safe to assume that delver flips about half the time. Its important to play an early threat in tempo and as a 1 drop he's just a cut above the rest.

You should consider more basic lands. If a Blood Moon so happens to stick, you're SoL.
