I like where this deck is going, but wouldn't Thriving Rhino be a better card over Filigree Familiar? And if you are going for aggro, Lathnu Hellion deserves consideration since you can make some good swings with it without using energy from your other creatures.

Looks good. Here is my version of the deck so far that I just made yesterday.

Ryjo Lathnu Hellion is in there already. and the reason I chose Filigree Familiar over the rhino is strictly the card draw. the Rhine is a three drop 3/4 with nothing else. filigree gives me life plus a card draw when he dies and most people don't want to give you both I've been able to get in more with him than most other creatures cause people don't want you to draw.

I would be a lot more helpful if I knew what cards were out for kaladesh yet lol. But you could always add some planeswalkers, Like Nissa or Chandra, whichever suits your needs better. Sorry i couldn't help more, ill up vote though

I think Arlinn Kord  Flip would be a better addition for a deck like this instead DriftWood96.

Delta-117 Agreed, I completely forgot about Arlinn Kord  Flip

Good choice, probably would add, what, 2 of her?

dropping what? maybe 2 Galvanic Bombardment? or should it be a creaturw

If I were to add Arlinn Kord  Flip, I would most likely drop Galvanic Bombardment for her. Though I do feel as though Arborback Stomper would be better as a 3-of or possibly a 2-of since it is so high on the mana curve.

Take 1-2x Arborback Stompers out probably for Arlinn Kord  Flip.

Also you might want to consider Woodweaver's Puzzleknot.

You happen to have a few more sorceries and instants than what I had thought of using, so Dynavolt Tower might also be useful in a deck like this.

It has a cmc of 3. When you cast and instant or sorcery you get EE ( 2 Energy Counters).

If you tap it and pay EEEEE ( 5 Energy ) you can then deal 3 damage to target creature or player. It might be good, although I'm waiting until spoilers are finished first before I make any changes.

I looked at it and as much as I like Woodweaver's Puzzleknot idk how good it would actually be. maybe it could be a sideboard card whenever I go up against another aggro so I can stall til they run out of gas

Thriving Grubs or Thriving Rhino? I'm working on a more midrangey version that utilises the counters with Armorcraft Judge and Nissa, Voice of Zendikar in that version I've found the Modules seem to work well. Your deck might benefit from 1 or 2 Decoction Module.

so unfortunately I don't like any of the thriving creatures they just don't seem good to me. they only make counters once and they are very good

This is why i personally don't like Longtusk Cub though he lacks trample and unless he gets through he gives you none and has to get through twice to give you more than Thriving Grubs. I can see not liking the Rhino though he is a bit expensive for what he does.

fortunately though as long as he gets through he constantly makes energy. and early game that's all we really need. cause usually you'll drop him or voltaic brawler turn 2 then on 3 you hit lathnu hellion and you hit for 6 or 7 then your gaining energy on top so you don't have to worry.

ehat does everyone think about Panharmonicon in side for decks that are control and pair that with dynavolt tower so I can just burn people all day

I feel like that card would work better alongside the mythic gearhulks and cards like Demon of Dark Schemes.

This deck is looking to hit hard and fast early, so I'm not sure about it. I suspect it would be better in a midrange version of the deck where I would use typical energy cards alongside things like Verdurous Gearhulk. I would probably try cards also like Nissa's Renewal, Architect of the Untamed, Tireless Tracker, Jaddi Offshoot, Ulvenwald Hydra and Panharmonicon which might be interesting.

but what would you suggest for this deck

_Delta_ says... #20

Actually Panharmonicon go ahead and try it. Just put it in the sideboard for the moment then.

I'm also considering Verdurous Gearhulk in my deck which has good synergy with Panharmonicon. But first I want to see the red Gearhulk. My guess is it's likely called Volatile Gearhulk and will have some sort of damaging effect ( likely where you can divide up the damage ) upon entering the battlefield and perhaps have haste?

that's how I am. I want to see what the red one is before I do anything with the hulks
