so that i can search for any sliver guaranteed, originally it was the hivelord but i thought about it and decided that by the time im able to bring out the overlord i will have enough mana to search for the hivelord and play him the following turn at a minimum

First off I see really terrible cards.

Arrow Storm - At best 5 damage for 5 mana. Really? This is absolutley lacking as a removal spell and taking out 1/8 of your opponents life is a really subpar effect for 5 mana.

Land Grant - While it isn't particularly bad, in your deck all it does is find a forest. For 2 mana. I see no reason not to just run a forest.

Crater's Claws - Direct damage is generally bad in EDH. This one's no exception.

Hands of Binding - pseudo pseudo removal? What does this card do for you that removal couldn't? Try Doom Blade or Swords to Plowshares.

Last Thoughts - It's pretty much a 4 mana Curiosity. Try funning Fact or Fiction

March of the Returned - It's not terrible, but in 5 colors, you have access to better cards. Patriarch's Bidding puts the slivers straight into play, Regrowth is cheaper and brings back anything, Restock is more expensive, but again brings back anything.

Taigam's Scheming - Just seems like a worse Impulse. Pure card disadvantage.

Vanquish the Foul - Conditional removal for 6 mana? Really? Scry 1 is nearly irrelevant . Go for the Throat or Path to Exile are alternatives.

Wake the Reflections - This must be a mistake. Unless I missed something, in your deck, this card is at best, a conditional 1/1 for 1 mana. You probably meant something else.

Conspiracy and Hivestone - Your deck runs 3 non-sliver creatures. It seems bad to run 2 cards that only benefit three other cards in the deck.

Some of the slivers also seem subpar. The mana base also needs work.

What kind of deck are you trying to build? Control? Aggro? Combo? Is the deck budget?

Regardless, these cards, I think, belong into most sliver overlord edh decks:

Unnatural Selection and/or Amoeboid Changeling allow your commander to steal other people's creatures, the latter being tutorable.

Some form of ramp (Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Explosive Vegetation, Skyshroud Claim if you have shock lands, Chromatic Lantern, Sakura-Tribe Elder, Harrow ect.) to help you cast your 5 mana commander sooner.

Hibernation Sliver protects the overlord from being tucked, as well as the rest of your slivers.

Necrotic Sliver turns each sliver into a walking Vindicate, making it unappealing to wrath the board as long as you have mana open.

I don't have too much experience in EDH, so I'm not sure if they are viable or not, but the vivid land set is both pretty and function (Vivid Creek, Vivid Marsh, Vivid Meadow, Vivid Crag, and Vivid Grove).

i considered putting those in, it would be very helpful but in the end i decided against them because they are only limited to 2 uses and i am not running any proliferate in this deck.

Have you considered any of the Changelings? Specifically Mirror Entity (for a big hit) or the Shapesharer to copy some obnoxious creature your opponent has and give it all your sliver abilities as well). Note that they can use their abilities as soon as they are summoned.

As for mana ... cheap mana fixing can include Terramorphic Expanse, Evolving Wilds, any land with "Panorama" in the name, Transguild Promenade, Rupture Spire, Darksteel Ingot etc (i am a fan of 5 color decks myself, Karona and Scion because somebody already grabbed slivers in my group).

Shadow Sliver is my favorite sliver and Spirit of Resistance is a fun enchantment.

One potential weakness that I noticed is the lack of lands, but that only would matter by how many times your commander gets killed it looks like, because it appears you have no real way to be able to reliably get enough mana to replay your commander after he has been killed twice with only 3 ramp spells. So I would suggest getting some way to either add more lands or add more ramp spells. Also add a Sol Ring, it will do you wonders. Also, for ramp and an anthem effect Mirari's Wake is a really good enchantment, you may not need the ramp so much but the anthem effect is really good.

Also to fetch back all your cards from the graveyard after an Armageddon/Wrath of God/Plague Wind/Cataclysm (Plague Wind/In Garruk's Wake may also be a good sweeper to add) is Praetor's Council, It is a really good option because it gives you all your cards back and doesn't make you discard cards. Elixir of Immortality does a similar function it gains you life and shuffles you stuff back into your library.

And if you want to drop some dough to help your creature survivability, Coat of Arms because it is a sliver deck.

Hope this all helps.

You need less basics, and more fixing. Like, maybe one basic of each type, maybe a couple more for green, but four is ridiculous.
