This is my first (second if you count Infect) take on a casual 60 card deck. I like the idea of Tribals and I love Knights so I created this deck.
Even if the deck is pretty simple I will explain every card in the deck below. Let's start with Instant / Sorcery spells.
Instant / Sorcery:
Buried Alive is the most important card in this deck. You want your Haakon in your graveyard, that's why you need to have this card in the deck.
Nameless Inversion
aka. best spell ever. The synergy with Haakon is incredible. As long as you have mana you can kill non-indestructible creatures your opponent controls, or you can pump your own indestructible creatures like crazy.
Path to Exile deals with those indestructible creatures
Nameless Inversion
can't deal with. Since it's instant-speed you can also use it to grab some mana if your creatures would be destroyed.
Creatures:
Creatures are the main part of this deck. You want to destroy your opponent as fast as you can with your knights.
Benalish Cavalry
is a very good 2 mana creature. The flanking is also really nice addition to deal with annoying one-drops.
Black Knight
works as a filler in this deck. I personally don't like it that much. If you have any suggestions on what I could play instead of it, I appreciate it.
Haakon, Stromgald Scourge
is the core card in this deck. You basically need him to make everything work. He synergizes with every single card in your deck.
Kinsbaile Cavalier
is also a very nice addition to this deck, and a must-have in Knight Tribals.
Knight Exemplar is broken. Really. 3 CMC is really low for that kind of power this card gives. Also a must-have in Knight Tribals.
Knight of Meadowgrain is one of the strongest Knights in my opinion. This guy keeps you alive and is really annoying as soon as you make him indestructible or give him Double Strike.
Mirran Crusader is also a very strong Knight who can deal with most of other 3 mana creatures. also his color-protections are nice.
Lands:
I don't play Guildgates, Shocklands, Doublelands or whatever because they are too slow. Shocklands are nice tho, but I don't really like the idea of damaging myself. That's why I only play basic lands.
Enchantments:
Arrest
can deal with creatures that are simply too strong for your knights, creatures that can block any amount of attacking creatures or creatures with very strong activated abilities.
