I'm sure there are lists a lot like this that would work pretty well in Standard, but Nahiri, the Harbinger , Sigarda's Aid , and Open the Armory are just such good support that I wanted to build this for Pioneer instead. Also, I wanted to use Godsend , mainly because it's sick as hell. Archangel Avacyn   is a terrific curve topper that can finish games in commanding fashion.

There's also a turn 3 win in this deck, if a pretty situational one! I found it in this deck by griffstick, and all the cards it uses are pretty great on their own in this list, so including it was an easy decision. Sigarda's Aid on turn 1, Swiftblade Vindicator on turn 2, and Colossus Hammer on turn 3, then swing to win - it's as simple as that. You can even fetch the Hammer with Open the Armory on turn 3 with the two extra mana.

The sideboard is full of utility spells that should really help against specific kinds of opponents and function as the removal that the mainboard does kind of lack. Godsend , Avacyn, and the planeswalkers and should be able to carry, for the most part, but it's always nice to have cards like Wear / Tear around.

I'd love some help with this one! Boros is a really fun color identity for me to play, and I think Pioneer needs more of it (and more white in general), so I hope you all like the strategy I'm going for here.
