andy_is_awesome, unfortunately control does usually shut me down. The sideboard used to be setup just for that with Rebuff the Wickeds and Mana Tithes, maybe I should go back to that. Good burn decks can also give me a little trouble as well.

Either way, thanks for taking the time to enjoy the deck :)

Love this!

8th and 9th edition circles of protections are so gorgeous AM I RIGHT!? Although I do have a soft spot for my 4th edition copy of Black & Green.

Not that it's necessary, but I played this deck for years and really like the exalted knights build or Kytheon, Hero of Akros/Gideon, Battle-Forged. Gideon, Battle-Forged makes Exempler indestructible coupled with DOJs is fun.Divine Reckoning is good but is soft to spot removal.

You might want to add Black Lotus for mana boost. XD

Would you consider running fetch lands like Flagstones of Trokair or Windswept Heath for deck thinning. It seems like you deck could use it. Also I am a huge fan of hide away lands in this deck for longer games vs control so in my modern knight build I run four Windbrisk Heights.

doismell I've never been a fan of running fetches for deck thinning because it just doesn't help out all too much. I know some people swear by it but it has almost no actual benefits. As for the hide away lands, I like the idea of them but am not a fan of it for this deck. Thanks though, I do appreciate the suggestions :)

Flagstones of Trokair is useful more because it occasionally kills your own lands to remove debuffs (e.g. Spreading Seas in Modern), or is resistant to land-hate (e.g. Strip Mine), making it almost strictly better than a Plains. The fact it might occasionally thin the deck of lands is something of a minor upside that isn't really worth factoring in, in my opinion.

Emeria, The Sky Ruin perhaps, cutting 1 or 2 Caverns ? It's pretty good with Knight of the White Orchid.

With only 20 lands i wouldnt play as many 4 drops. In fact I wouldnt play any of them most dont even have any synergy with your deck and a buch of one drops makes your deck even more inconsistent.

You could play 4offs of all your two drop creatures instead. Which will make your mana curve better and your deck in general more consistent that it is now.
