Plan:Turn 1 and 2: Ramp, maybe some removal depending on the situation

Turn 3: Summon Zur the Enchanter

Turn 4: Give it vigilance or the ability to untap itself (from hand), and then use it to grab Stasis (unless something else is more important in your situation). If you ciphered Hidden Strings onto Zur the Enchanter, skip steps 5 and 6

Turn 5: Grab Curse of Inertia or Ghostly Touch so you can pay the cost for Stasis

Turn 6: Grab the other one so you can tap your opponents lands down or untap yours so you can cast stuff

After that point, just kind of wing it. Really, it's a matter of seeing what happens first between winning via commander damage or winning via the mill combo (the combo being Helm of Obedience + Rest in Peace )
