alulien I always manage to mess that up. I thought about it for like 8 seconds and thought I had it right. Lol.
Urbanned if I had half of those cards I would definitely put four Warbringers and another Shaman and some Strike Leaders in but I don't as of yet. I thought of putting in some removal but I couldn't find any I really liked from the Khans block. Its all either too specific or too expensive (CMC wise). Any ideas? Good suggestions, all of them.

Kutdra1 I mean, its not the best deck, but for $3.95, I think it'll be pretty dang good. ;)

You can remember it by realizing the object at small side of < is the smaller part of the comparison, so if you type "Budget < $10", budget is at the small side of < so it's smaller than $10.
Some good removal; Roast, Ultimate Price, Lightning Strike, Wild Slash, Bile Blight (needs more black mana though).
Other good additions besides those Unbanned suggested; Foundry Street Denizen, Dragon Fodder, Hordeling Outburst
Impact Tremors and Foul-Tongue Shriek don't do anything on their own, they're win more cards. If you can get many creatures to enter the battlefield/attacking, you are probably winning already, so cards like this are unnecessary.
Break Through the Line seems redundant in a deck full of dash creatures.
Collateral Damage is card disadvantage as you give up 2 cards to remove 1.
Also, gainlands (Bloodfell Caves) are cheap ways to get consistent mana.

I have a similar deck here though not quite as cheap, here(http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/cheapskate-dash/)I have a few more enchantments and have found Butcher's Glee has helped me win game give a big life swing (biggest I've had was 16 points) with double striking Sprinting Warbrute.

Thanks a lot PlanetEarth! Glad to know people like these. Any requests for another theme/color combo?

Fantastic! I've been hoping to find someone exploiting Impact Tremors. I've got my own budget deck $20 Red Deck Wins, but it's closer to $25. However, I think Crowd's Favor is decent in addition to Collateral Damage for creature removal, mainly due to the first strike ability, and you can convoke utility creatures that you're not attacking with. Bathe in Dragonfire is about $0.03 right now, so that's an option too, but Roast works better on Siege Rhino.
Overall, my two big concerns are blockers and the mana cost of casting so many dash creatures per turn on 20 land.

I've been trying to break Prophet of Kruphix before it rotates but am not having any luck. It's a very budget card and has a sick ability. If you wanted to give it a try, that'd be pretty awesome. +1 from me!

Ratstail91 the deck depends sorta heavily on Warbringer's ability to regulate the dash costs. If there was any sort of red or black tutoring that was even standard legal I would use them but I feel like its not possible.

Screamreach Brawler? a one red dash 2/3 when Warbringer's out there...

I had him in but made room for more Strike Leaders and Shadowspears. Might end up putting it back in, not sure yet.

I could throw it in the sideboard; not sure if there's enough red to justify pumping up a 1/1 with the amount of red I'd need for dash costs, but it could help with blockers since the dash cost is the same as the casting cost.

No, thank you! Its great hearing from people who like these decks. At first I thought it was kinda cliche making them because everyone else was but apparently mine are pretty good because they keep getting upvotes without me even sharing them.

Yeah. My standard deck isn't that great, it's just a bunch of cards I like thrown together, but it could be worth some money, so I might go to the store and trade my deck for this one.

Let me know how it goes! If you do, try taking it to FNM or something and fill me in on the details.

Ambuscade Shaman and Warbringer is both 4-of's. I've been playing these guys some time on mtgo and they are great in numbers as they synergise like crazy. Warbringer really is the bread and butter of a Dash deck.
Mardu Strike Leader is also great along side those two cards. Play 2-4 of these.
Maybe get some Outpost Sieges. They are not that expensive.
You need black removal spells. Get rid of Foul-Tongue Shriek, that card is junk. Lightning Berserker probably needs a mono-red deck. Otherwise you won't have much mana to buff.
Most of the common dash cards are not really that great.
Here are some better and very cheap options:
Mardu Scout
Pitiless HordeReckless Imp
Goblin Heelcutter <-- This guy is an auto include imo.
Swift Warkite <-- A possible late game card instead of cards like Dragonlord Kolaghan and it fits the theme nicely.
Other possible options:
Flamerush RiderKolaghan, the Storm's Fury
