Sweet deck!
I have a UR midrange deck that isn't fun to play at all, and I was looking to build a new deck, and this is perfect, and seems like a tonne of fun!
Of course I will add some less budgety cards, that I have lying around, but all in all, seems sweet!
Thanks for the post!

No, thank you! I love it when people like my decks enough to not only upvote them, but actually make them. It makes the hours put into creating them worth it.

I prefer Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury over Boltwing Marauder. It has dash and its ability is better. Nice deck! Zurgo Bellstriker instead of 3x Mardu Shadowspear or Kolaghan Stormsinger if you have more money to spend

Kolaghan only effects dragons though; the Marauder gets everyone. Zurgo would be fun if you had extra cash or just a couple laying around but since this is a budget deck I didn't wanna put him in there and make people think they needed him, because they don't really.

I know for Zurgo, but I still think Kolaghan is better than Boltwing Marauder. The Dash on Kolaghan is too good not to be played, with Ambuscade Shaman or Warbringer, that's some serious burn. Instead of running Collateral Damage and Dragon fodder, I'd run Lightning Berserkers or Wild Slash/Tail Slash. They are more efficient since you don't want to sacrifice a creature because you aren't running enough tokens. I'd consider Pitiless Horde also. That card is huge with the dash combo cards you run, and it can be brought back to life with Swift Warkite. In my deck, I run 3 and they win me games. Good both as a turn 3 or a dash.

I play dash as well, and have a similar build. I know you're on a budget and all, but man those tap lands are going to hurt when they slow you down, i ended up forking out the cash for bloodstained mires and it made a huge difference

Hey! What's your meta? Loks like against fast aggro decks you can just look and die. I am trying to play similar dash deck at local FNMs, but man red deck wins tears me apart. Not to mention more expensive decks that can go wide in one-two turns or use planeswalkers behind good blockers. Or take out whip, or cycle rhyno, or... :-D

I'm building this deck, so I'll let you know how it goes! Even with the <$15 plan, I managed to get the whole thing (minus basic lands, which I already have) for $10 flat at TCGplayer. :)

Just found this deck and I really like it. I'm going to make a copy of this to make some of my own edits.

What about Impact Tremors? With 24 creatures and dash it will give them some more hurt so you can avoid those close finishes.

Ok. That's probably what I'll do. Thanks.
