Maybeboard

Deathtouch combo using creatures with deathtouch and Thornbite Staff to control the board and win!

Early Ruthless Rippers keep your opponent from attacking with anything useful while you build your 'machine-gun' combo. A turn 2 staff into a turn 3 Vampire Nighthawk is brutal, since being a shaman allows the staff to be epuipped for free. Korlash is a late-game beater that fills the more important role of mana acceleration to use the deathtouch/staff combo more times per turn. The absolute best is when you attach the staff to Avatar of Woe and can destroy your opponent's side of the field in one turn and still attack afterwards!

Dimir Guards tutor for Korlashes and Entomber Exarch (returning Korlash normally). Korlash can tutor up Leechridden Swamps to drain your opponent, and Witch's Cottage can put the Korlash you just discarded on top of the deck to use again the next turn!

This deck was the first deck I ever brewed on my own, and it has changed much over the years. I keep it as a casual deck to help introduce new players to the game, and to show off some of the unique interactions that can be found between cards. Let me know what you think!
