Kraj is a great and adaptable commander, however it can be very easy to tell when it is about to go off but if you are able to stay under the radar you can easily combo off.

How it works: My Kraj deck is meant to ramp out for a few turns before switching to the combo game plan. Using cards like Sakura-Tribe Elder and Growth Spiral you should be able to get ahead with lands in the early game. Once you are a few turns in the deck turns to a +1/+1 counter engine. Try to win with some of the combos with cards like Experiment Kraj, Pili-Pala, and Incubation Druid.
