Krark's Thumb really takes this deck and amplifies everything in it, which is why there is a heavy presence to duplicate it, and tutor it or return it from the grave. It turns card and combos that are already synergistic with the deck and its commanders, like Chance Encounter + Karplusan Minotaur or Game of Chaos into game ending bomb drops. Mirror Gallery+Krark's Thumb+Mizzium Transreliquat+Mirage Mirror+Mirrorworks allows you to copy the thumb without blowing it up, leading to long chains of coin tosses, leading up to 3000+ damage. Also while summoning the second commander (Okaun for me, the cards from lil Z are too beneficial) or resummoning after removal Krark's Thumb + Mirror March + Okaun, Eye of Chaos can be deadly, allowing for even more strings of coin flips to trigger during combat, and take out multiple opponents at once.

Crooked Scales + Krark's Thumb and Boompile + Krark's Thumb become reliable removal instead of just being a random crap shoot. Even combos like Goblin Assassin + Krenko, Mob Boss becomes even more overpowered. Okaun, Eye of Chaos + Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom already have insane synergy with the entire deck, but the thumb turns Okaun into a world beater, frequently dealing commander damage in the 1000s. Other cards, which seem very scary like Ral Zarek are included due to being so over the top extra that opponents need to deal with it, keeping other options alive. Due to Zndrsplts nature, hand support was needed, so cards like Spellbook are rather important.

Even without the thumb, Desperate Gambit + Okaun, Eye of Chaos multiplies his damage by 4 on a hit, at the risk of doing nothing on a miss. Archmage Ascension + Planar Chaos + Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom Is another combo that works, with the chaos providing a coin flip for every opponents spell cast, the eye of wisdom giving you a card, and archmage ascension getting its counters quickly.

Not too much else to explain, as the core of the deck is fairly simple, and the rest is support spells like counter spells, tutors, boomerangs, and mana ramp, with a small amount of evasion thrown in to ensure the opponent doesn't get a second chance due to a chump block.
