Sideboard

The goal of the deck is to gain incremental value and find the best time to combo out to win the game. The deck has two primary combo routes to end the game: the Thassa's Oracle combo or the Spellseeker one-card combo.

The Thassa's Oracle combo is fairly simple: In response to the Thassa's Oracle ETB trigger, cast either Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact in order to exile the rest of your library. The combo can be difficult to disrupt since Thassa's Oracle trigger will go on the stack, and killing it won't stop the trigger from resolving. Furthermore, Thassa's Oracle usually won't even see the battlefield until the combo is ready to go. If you have any means to interact with the Consultation/Pact, that is usually the best way of disrupting the combo.

The Spellseeker combo requires multiple turns to go off, so it is more vulnerable to disruption than Thassa's Oracle. If you can remove Spellseeker before the next turn for Epehemerate's rebound trigger, the combo simply fails. Other ways to interact with the combo are things like counterspells or well-timed graveyard exile. You would want to exile the graveyard while either Lion's Eye Diamond/Lotus Petal or Brain Freeze are there.

The wheels package doesn't instantly end the game, but it creates overwhelming amounts of advantage that essentially will end the game. The wheels require permanents on the battlefield in order to break symmetry: Narset, Parter of Veils; Notion Thief; or Smothering Tithe.

The deck will also play a slower value game with both commanders providing card draw along with a suite of creatures and enchantments that hamper the opponent in some way while also providing card advantage.

There are a few pet cards in the list that should probably be cut, mainly high CMC cards like Nexus of Fate, or meta calls like Supreme Verdict.
