Goblin Chieftain is just too expensive to be in a deck where the adverse card has to cost $.10. Just can't wedge him in there. However the Forgotten Cave is definitely going in, thanks!

Skirk Fire Marshal is a finisher, I don't know why you're not running it.
Goblin Burrows is at least (too much) better than a Mountain here. lol
Maybe you should run Empty the Warrens . I think that with the number of cheap spells you have, probably you can storm it at least 2 times. (it's all about testing)
Chancellor of the Forge is also interesting.
Tuktuk the Explorer can be sacrificed leaving a harder body into play.
Warbreak Trumpeter and Goblin Offensive are (maybe) good options to put Goblin tokens.
Hope I've helped you!

Thanks for the tips! Skirk Fire Marshal went in right away, I just didn't see him when I originally created the deck! To keep some of the better cards in the deck, I couldn't see Goblin Warrens getting a spot without too many changes to the current list. Chancellor of the Forge was put in for Predator Dragon because I felt it added more variety to the deck (seeing as I already had Voracious Dragon ) and because of it's synergy with krenko. Warbreak Trumpeter and Goblin Offensive were both kept off the list because they are far too mana intensive for the amount of tokens they produce. However, I am still looking for a way to shoe horn in Empty the Warrens because of how well it works with the rest of the deck. Thanks for the help!

Ha, Foundry Street Denizen can kill someone who isn't paying attention since Krenko's ability is instant speed. After blocks are declared, before damage step, I'll make 50 goblins, Foundry Street Denizen gets +50/+0. Ha. Great deck.

It looks like you have one too many cards in this deck, you have 100 in the deck, plus the commander. It should be 100 including the commander

Whups haha thanks for the heads up, just forgot to change my land after adding the Rogue's Passage .

Dragon Fodder is another Krenko's Command if you want another two cost, two goblins. Burnished Hart , Armillary Sphere are some low-price, colorless mana-ramp cards you could get.
Warstorm Surge and Goblin Bombardment could do well in this deck

Thanks for the ideas! The issue with Dragon Fodder is that it is a $.30 Krenko's Command and it just isn't good enough to warrant that spot in the budget, which is mostly used for wincons.
The issue with Burnished Hart is that the deck doesn't need that much ramp. It is very reliable with mana and has a low curve. That being said, I do like how Armillary Sphere puts the land into your hand (I know I'm weird) mainly because we can use it to find cards to discard to some of our red draw power, so I will try to find a spot for it.
For some reason, I thought Goblin Bombardment was more expensive. It's an auto include at anything below $.50 and right now it's $.25. IN
Warstorm Surge is a huge threat on board. I love the idea of my tokens entering and dealing damage, and at $.22, it is IN

Oh... I didn't even look up the price on Dragon Fodder because I figured it would be as low or lower than Krenko's Command (being a common that was printed three separate times and not being standard-legal) Didn't realize it was that much of a difference :P
Flameblast Dragon is another nifty little beater that can act as a spot-removal or can be used for bonus damage.
Chain Reaction is a good, low-budget mono-red field-wipe...
Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs could be worth trying to deter oncoming attackers (at least for a while)

The commander IS included in the price of the deck (using TCG mid price), otherwise you could use some ridiculously expensive commanders. And lands are priced at $0.03 each.
On a side note, here's two I've made:

That is actually dependent on what the rules are for your play group. I simply find that it works best letting people choose the centerpiece of the deck and building around it on a budget. I think the way that I have outlined is balanced. Also, many forums have different ways to price the deck, I went with the first that I saw and thought reasonable.

Are the two other 10$ edh decks you mentioned in the description on T/O? Im curious as to what they look like.

You could probably buy a Goblin Chieftain somewhere for less than $2.
Forgotten Cave is at least better than a Mountain here.
