An edh deck built around a single combo is easily countered once you know what the combo is, but at the same time... It's goblin mill. It is MONO. RED. GOBLIN. MILL.

The plan- build up your creature base and get through your deck to the Hair Strung Koto as quickly as possible, with plenty of wheel effects to whittle down your opponent's libraries as you go. Then let 'em have it- slap that thing on the table, preferably with a Pyroblast or something similar to avoid a counterspell, and do what goblins do best- turn dudes sideways, win game.

The beautiful thing about this deck is that if you have to, you can fall back to the normal aggro strategy, and cards like Purphoros let you get in some crucial damage while you're building up.
