Some combos:

• Butcher of Malakir (and/or Dictate of Erebos) and Dragon Broodmother: each upkeep you get 1/1 dragon with devour 2 to the battlefield and just sacrifice every turn 1 or more dragon(s) to new one and watch how opponent creatures get sacrificed as well. + Kresh likes this.. a lot. And you can get these creatures quite early to battlefield with Defense of the Heart.

• Kresh (with lot of +1/+1 counters), Garruk's second ability (−3: Draw cards equal to the greatest power among creatures you control.), then you propably need to discard some cards and next round cast Rise of the Dark Realms ;) I have done it once and Kresh's power and toughness was 40/40, so I got quite nice army after that.

• Balefire Dragon + Kusari-Gama: Block or not, creatures you control most likely die.

• Rite of the Raging Storm + Kresh: Quite nice in multiplayer. Example, in 4 player game, Kresh gets atleast 20 +1/+1 counters in one round. 40 +1/+1 counters, if you have Corpsejack Menace on the battlefield.
