Kresh eats all the fatties

First draft of a Kresh deck. Running with a few too many themes (and may need to cut/swap for more effective cards):

Sacrifice/Kill mechanics - will get Kresh bigger, get rid of pesky creatures, and potentially force indestructible creatures off the boards (Theros Gods mostly).

Scavenge/Undying - neither of which is fully represented in this deck, but both mechanics help support Kresh twice (once for dying, and again 2nd death/scavenge). Varolz, the Scar-Striped and Mikaeus, the Unhallowed are both nice for these themes, and both provide nice covers/alternatives for board wipes.

Deathtouch/Treason - the mechanics I'm most on the fence about. Both have the potential to really turn the tables in a game, but treason mechanics typically don't have that much staying power as most of them last until end of turn (a low-value tradeoff for space in the deck). On the other hand, treason abilities may not generate that much threat from other players compared to fortifying with deathtouch...eager to know what others have to say.

Mana Ramping - I'm in green and I find myself land screwed in more games than I like. Finding the right balance of mana fixing cards is difficult though...

I'll definitely need to cut/swap some stuff, but I'm open to suggestions on anything. I own a majority of the cards in this deck already, but I need to buy a few more to complete it. I'd really like to hear some feedback before I make purchases though (I think my working budget for completion is $50-100)!
