Hey buddy. Goes without saying but always love your work!
First thing I can think of is Font of Agonies . I think that little number will put it work. Cheap to cast even if you don’t use K’rrik and you’ll be paying so much life it’ll pretty much always be online and ready kill something.
A life gainer like Exsanguinate might help you sustain if you get interrupted at the wrong moment. Not sure how the decks been in testing. I’ll hit you up if I think of more.

ewok2000 most likely it's just because it's a low-CMC mana-rock that produces colorless mana which is all K'rrik really needs. It might be the worst one on the list here, but even the worst cheap colorless mana rock is worth considering with the deck.

+1 because this uses cards I've never seen and they're super cool. Man I love this commander. I keep finding more ways to break him. The sigil is very cool and will have a definite impact in my meta. Gunna have to add it. Lots of people love their green. Also, sick background and aesthetic. I also built mine for cedh if you wanna check him out. The main difference seems to be yours has some cooler doomsday lines and mine uses chainer and the basic citadel line.

I thought about building the same commander, but I see a common problem with mono-black commander: lack of disruptions and protection. Have you tried the deck and how is it working against other cEDH decks with disruptions that are also fast and consistent?
Also sharing some thoughts of my build that might help for your deck: I didn't include Doomsday because I use too much life as resource to a point where I cannot pull off the combo, plus I don't like all-in combo when I am in mono-color that cannot protect the execution. Therefore, I went with Buried Alive combos instead.
Other than the well-known Necrotic Ooze combo, with this specific commander you can include Chainer, Dementia Master , it combos with cards you already have: Buried Alive for Chainer, Dementia Master , Carrion Feeder , Gray Merchant of Asphodel and reanimate target Chainer, Dementia Master .
Please let me know your experience with this commander. Thanks!

How are you winning with doomsday on the turn you cast it? I may be missing something but these all look like they take 2 turns to accomplish a win. I was thinking of adding Greed or something like Night's Whisper to speed up the clock. The piles work but how are you using them on your turn?

So in order to win on the same turn as Doomsday, you'll want to make sure you have a card like Night's Whisper , Sign in Blood , Aphotic Wisps , Cremate or Scarab Feast to draw a card on demand. Other cards that Cycle can also do the trick.

That's what I figured. I've been debating just cutting doomsday it from my list. I don't like running non-optimal cards like sacrafice that don't do a lot outside the combo.

It's not a bad suggestion but I'm not sure what to cut, or if it makes sense. I'll certainly keep it in mind
