A deck based around resource and threat management. The cards included are focused on taking advantage of the two primary effects of its commander. Taking the strengths of Simic as a color combination into account this involves hoarding lots of mana and cards in one's hand for whatever situation arises.

With enough card and mana advantage one can win by simply responding to all threats and then beating face with a few fatties, namely Panglacial Wurm. Cards like Forbid and Spell Burst turn excess mana and cards in the hand into free answers. There is also enough recursion to ensure that you never need to fear expending your best cards.

The deck isn't fully optimized and that is intentional. Many of the cards included are simply cards I like and enjoy playing with. The rest of the deck is really just a vehicle to allow me to play with those cards, and not lose too fast.
