OH GOD! I jsut figured out the potential of the Strionic Resonator !!!I think i just nerdgasm'd!
Simic is my favorite Colour combination and this deck is beautifull! Only one question tho: Why dont you have any Simic Charm s and only 1x Bioshift ? To me they are essential to save key creatures from being removed by my opponents.

Honestly, because I never have seen a simic char. Lol, and bioshift is because I only own one. Thanks for the idead and glad you like it

Also, my only problem is getting things on the field. Once they hit the board, I rarely lose a creature from spells

Then you are luckier than me :pIf your problem is getting enough creatures on the battlefield then you probably want some way to get more manafixing. Another Gyre Sage or two would help alot. Alternatively you can put in one Gyre Sage and one Give / Take to get more counters on the sage quicker :)

I would recommend running1-2 more Strionic Resonator It seems like it works well every time you have it on the field.

Probably a good idea. Definitely increase consistency

There are some cool ideas here, but you really need more copies of your best cards so the deck has some consistency. Biomancer and Prophet seem to be the engines, so I would start there. I honestly think those cards need ramp to be at their best, but if you want to go with more of an aggro Evolve / Counters theme, you'll definitely want to max out cards like Cloudfin Raptor and Experiment One . For a ramp / midrange approach that still focuses on counters, you could go with Gyre Sage for both, and Elusive Krasis is a great defender who can turn into a solid attacker later on so you'll want more of him, and Prime Speaker Zegana would be a perfect top of the curve to refill your hand and a guaranteed Evolve for all your guys.
Here's my Simic ramp deck that teams the Biomancer and Prophet: My Prophet, Your Loss
