Based on the EDHRec list a few days after Kumena dropped, this list has a few of my own additions.

Notable inclusions are:

Cryptolith Rite + (Paradox Engine/Intruder Alarm). This two card combo allows you to basically fly through your whole deck playing every spell you have as long as you have ~5 merfolk without summoning sickness.

Cauldron of Souls. When combined with Kumena's third ability this card allows you to ignore most board wipes and to block almost anything thrown your way with little consequence.

Quest for Renewal. You can easily tap four+ creatures a turn by turn four or five, so this card basically becomes a second Murkfiend Liege.

Dowsing Dagger  . Kumena can give himself unblockable, so you will be able to reliably flip this almost every game, and Lost Vale is incredibly powerful with the untap effects in the deck.

Vedalken Orrery/Alchemist's Refuge. With cards like Seedborn Muse, Murkfiend Liege, Quest for Renewal, Cryptolith Rite, Song of Freyalise, and Merrow Commerce you are going to have a lot of excess mana on turns that are not yours. With these cards you will be able to run out merfolk at an almost unstoppable rate on every turn, not just your own.
