Once the four-color commanders were spoiled last year for Commander 2016, along with the Partner mechanic, I knew I wanted to make a four color commander deck, and I felt like using Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix and Tymna the Weaver would allow me to use the most powerful colors in commander without having to use the Atraxa, Praetors' Voice shell. The main way to win, as the title states, is going infinite with either Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron or Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake , then either casting Genesis Wave for my entire deck, getting Laboratory Maniac into play then drawing a card, or by casting Villainous Wealth to exile one of my opponent's decks. I also have Omniscience as a way to get to the combo faster, Dragonlord Dromoka as protection to combo off on my turn, the esper leylines as protection (Sanctity), more speed (Anticipation), and ways to mess with any reanimator decks (the Void). Since I'm in green, I also have mana acceleration through Lotus Cobra and Oracle of Mul Daya primarily, but I also have many effects that increase the amount of mana produced, from Mirari's Wake to Dictate of Karametra to Zendikar Resurgent. I also don't want to appear to be a threat, so I have ways for everybody to draw cards in Howling Mine and Dictate of Kruphix. Phyrexian Metamorph is a solid card, as it can copy any mana acceleration creatures or artifacts that allow me to draw more cards. The deck isn't completely finished, as I'll add cards like Great Whale to add consistency, plus add new cards as I see applicable!
