Kykar is a super fun CEDH commander! This deck likes to use Divergent Transformations to tutor up a combo that can instantly win the game. We also use this in a control package that stops our opponents from comboing off until we have assembled our combo pieces. This deck is a tier 2 CEDH deck, which means that it is 'Competitive', according to the TappedOut list that most people go off of. It's a really fun deck that doesn't always win, but it's still a ton of fun to play with and it is really satisfying when it goes off.

As of 2/11/20, this decklist is under renovation, including the description. Pardon our dust.

The Combo

The first part of the combo that we want to go over is the commander, Kykar, Wind's Fury, and its interaction with one specific card: Divergent Transformations. The deck only requires you to have the commander, five mana (at least one red and one white), and two spirits on board. Now we can get into the actual combo. You cast the Divergent Transformations, targeting the two spirits. Seeing as the deck only runs two creatures, you automatically get Elsha of the Infinite and Spellseeker. When Spellseeker enters the battlefield, you search your library for an instant or sorcery card with CMC 2 or less and put it into your hand. You can use this to fetch any sort of game-winning card, but my preference is Enlightened Tutor. So now, going over mana, you've got one white mana left up, and one spirit that you can sacrifice for mana (due to the Transformations cast trigger). You use the white mana to cast Enlightened Tutor, fetching Sensei's Divining Top. You then sacrifice a spirit to cast the top. This now gives you infinite draws of your deck. You tap Sensei's Divining Top to put it on the top of your library. You then cast it for one mana off the top, because of Elsha's ability, and you get a spirit. You then put it on the top of the library again, and you can sacrifice a spirit for the mana needed to recast it, which is an infinite loop. You then dig through your library until you get Impact Tremors or Goblin Bombardment. You then kill with spirits entering the battlefield and sacrificing spirits, and if needed, you can use Timetwister or Time Spiral to refill your deck to get more draws.
