Is it really a combo deck if the combo is one card?

Primary win condition is Leveler + Thassa's Oracle . Divergent Transformations, Synthetic Destiny, or Mass Polymorph can assemble the pieces using Kykar and his tokens (in particular, just casting Destiny or Mass Polymorph with Kykar out will win, as the token gets created before Destiny counts your creatures). Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter + mana rocks can act as a backup wincon, generating infinite mana and infinite spirits with Kykar. Underworld Breach can also assemble wins in conjunction with Burning Inquiry (which is free with Kykar out) or Brain Freeze.

This build of the deck is not cEDH tuned by any means; you can usually goldfish around turns 4-6. Adding the good (read: expensive) fast mana, free counterspells, and better tutors/draw effects will increase your goldfish speed and ability to protect your combo. That said, the pieces are here for the deck to function, and if your table is lower-powered you probably don't need to/shouldn't add too much extra power.
