I had an old list for a Kykar "polymorph" deck but want to rework it with my greater cEDH experience, so this is the result. I'm certainly open to suggestions, as this is my first time properly brewing a faster combo-centered deck, so feel free to leave comments!

Leveler + Thassa's Oracle and Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter are the two notable combos, while Narset, Parter of Veils + Windfall is just a cruel resource denial combo.

The goal is to cast Divergent Transformations two of your creatures (or Synthetic Destiny or Mass Polymorph with at least two creatures being exiled), polymorphing those two into Thassa's Oraclefoil and Leveler as they're the only two creatures in the deck. Since the ETB triggers enter the stack at the same time once the polymorph spell resolves, stack the triggers such that Leveler resolves first, exiling your library, then let Thoracle resolve with an empty library and win the game. The deck is chock full of noncreature spells, notably counter magic and stax pieces, to make sure you can both protect your combo and make sure you have the spirits necessary to polymorph.

If necessary, Dramatic Scepter simply breaking even on mana (for example, with just a Sol Ring) with Kykar in play can still generate you a limitless amount of spirit tokens and/or red mana for whatever use. In addition, if you use it in response to tapping Sensei's Divining Topfoil, you can start banking card draws by re-tapping the top between Scepter activations - obviously less ideal, but with this method you can carefully draw your entire deck and use the red mana spirits to cast blue mana rocks to drop Thoracle.

If by some terrible circumstances you aren't able to win using the aforementioned methods (something nullifying ETB triggers, or one of your two creatures is unavailable), don't worry. You're not out of the fight yet, it's just time to get your hands dirty. Both Jeskai Ascendancy and Paladin Class can easily turn from value pieces to vital tools for resorting to a combat/commander damage win while continuing to control the table with the wide assortment of countermagic (the former especially with Dramatic Scepter, as every activation counts as a cast for the prowess triggers that all your creatures have).
