Maybeboard

This is a fun deck! I am aware that there are some easy ways to make this broken but I am trying to avoid that. The idea of the deck is to win using Laboratory Maniac. I am trying to avoid using cards that simply dump my entire deck in one fell swoop like Leveler.

Dredge is the name of the game here! Use the dredge to empty your library and give yourself some awesome control of the field. This deck can overload you with decision and options and can be quite difficult to work properly but I love it and figured it deserved some sharing!

Stinkweed Imp is your workhorse blocker and dredger. He is flying and deathtouch so your opponents will think twice about attacking and he can pop right back to your hand when he dies making him a real problem for your foes.

Golgari Thug dredges almost as well as your imps and has the added bonus of letting you control what comes next. This is invaluable! It lets you get your Kessig Cagebreakers and Sewer Nemesis so you can swing with some of the most threatening creatures in any deck I have seen.

Life from the Loam is an absolutely crazy powerful card in this deck. When working with the cycling lands it gives you the ability to mill yourself like crazy and control which of your dredge cards you want. not to mention that it keeps your battlefield full of all the lands you need.Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds help to keep the lands in the graveyard so it is always worth casting.

Deranged Assistant more mana production and milling. Much of what this deck does will cost you up the bum in mana so I have found it terribly important to make sure I always have enough. These guys gives us a nice extra card a turn mill to boot.

Mulch is your other land drawing card. I keep it in there in the name of milling and land producing for cheap early game. it almost always works as well as a rampant growth but with the added bonus of self milling.

Jace's Archivist is just silly with dredge! The game ends usually within a turn or 2 after this guy uses his ability! Considering that you get to dredge any cards in your graveyard and your hand it can often lead to a 20-30 card mill.

Doomed Necromancer and Dread Return are a nice way to get the creatures out of my graveyard and on the field as an instant. This is very key to making sure I can sneak my Laboratory Maniac on before I draw. These cards also allow me to sneak in a Kessig Cagebreakers or a Sewer Nemesis at the end of my opponents turn so I can turn around and attack them unexpectedly. Artful Dodge with either of these two guys a couple turns before i am finished milling myself will often get me a surprise win!

I would love to hear any thoughts, comments, compliments, additions or complaints!
