So I noticed that I've never made a White/Blue deck, and thought I'd give it a try.

Then theme is making lots of land creatures and casting lots of cheap instants and sorceries with Noyan Dar out to make more creatures and to make them stronger.

Right now, this is just a preliminary list of all the possible cards that I'm thinking might end up in the final deck.

I've looked at EDHrec.com as well as Gatherer for cards, but if there's something I've missed feel free to let me know!
