Thanks for all the suggestions nightbat13131 and elvennoble. I'll definitely use the advice to make some changes here soon.
One thing to keep in mind though, I'm breaking a few rules here and that was the plan from the start. This is a gimmick deck for casual play. Amusing part is that it says the deck is legal.

Wait, so how does the commander tax work? Like, if I tuck your Marit Lage, and DD goes to the command zone, do I have to pay 2 to play DD again? That'd be weird.

Note I understand you're ignoring the rule that it has to be a creature, but are you also ignoring the color ruling and making this one a five color deck?

@hark, the deck can typically get out the token before it loses due to EDH format giving you 40 life. After that your opponent has to either burn you or just swarm you with creatures, actions that very few EDH decks can accomplish. Unfortunately, I play Krenko-Aggro in EDH, so this was not too much of a challenge. I gave you a +1 for great creativity. Keep posting awesome decks like this one. ;)

Also @6tennis as discussed with my play group so far, my first play of DD is free it just counts as my land for the turn. After that, when I would drop the token DD goes back to the command zone and I can pay the tax to bring it back. So, yes you were correct.

One thing you should remember is that because your commander is colourless, you can't actually produce coloured mana. So things like Academy Ruins, Celestial Colonnade, Creeping Tar Pit, Forbidding Watchtower, Raging Ravine, Kessig Wolf Run, Kher Keep, Kjeldoran Outpost, Kor Haven, Lavaclaw Reaches, Slayers' Stronghold, Stirring Wildwood, Tolaria West, Yavimaya Hollow all have useless second abilities.
Here's my suggestion: since the manlands enter tapped anyway, replace them with the guildgates, and replace something else with Maze's End. You definitely want Scorched Ruins, since you can't produce colour it is strictly better then Lotus Vale. The lands like Glacial Fortress don't do you much good, considering you have very few lands with basic type and they only produce colourless. You can replace those with either basics (which enter untapped, and can be fetched and are much cheaper), shock lands (like Steam Vents, they can be fetched with fetch lands, and can enter untapped, or life lands (like Thornwood Falls, they can provide you with life to survive longer), or scry lands (deck manipulation never hurts)
I agree with nightbat13131 about Elephant Graveyard, Swarmyard, City of Traitors, Cavern of Souls, Eldrazi Temple, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, and Phyrexian Tower. I don't know what you could replace them with, but I'm sure you'll find something.
I don't care what you decide on Lotus Vale though.
Also consider the storage lands, a whole whack of mana at one time can be helpful, and you can use the one or two extra untapped lands you may have. Out of all of them though, Bottomless Vault is probably the best for you.
Crystal Vein is also good.
Crystal Quarry is not the best for you, since you can't produce colour,it's second ability is basically "pay six mana to get five mana".
