Use the counterspells to keep the board clear until you get Zur in. Pull out Propaganda, Desolation and then Mana Vortex to keep their lands in the graveyard. If you have Crucible of Worlds, just keep sacrificing the same land over and over again while you pull out enchantments to make Zur unreasonably powerful and unblockable.

If they did get some creatures onto the field, toss out a Vile Consumption to make them regret it.

Get out Aegis of the Gods to prevent direct damage, and then give him Charisma and Hermetic Study to steal everyone else's creatures. If you have the mana, toss on a Freed from the Real to keep untapping him.

Once you get Enchanted Evening + Opalescence in your hand, get rid of mana vortex and play both cards. All lands are 0/0 creatures and go to the graveyard.
