I am trying to maximize landfall procs, while having a way to throw away all the extra lands you get in the process.

While you would argue that Sylvan Bounty and Fiery Fall are terrible cards, and normally I would agree with you, here they are good because it gives you land fetch at instant speed so you can find a land card at the end of your opponents turn and guarantee that you have a landfall proc on your turn, and its an activated ability so its harder to counter than a spell you actually cast. They also offer some utility if you have the mana and really need to use them as spells.

Then you use Crusher Zendikon and Vastwood Zendikon to throw all the extra lands you have (as long as you use a land that you did not bring into play this turn they have haste too, summoning sickness only checks when the permanent came under your control, not when it became a creature) at your opponent, and if they die you get the lands back for more landfall. The lands can also be equipped with Adventuring Gear.

If you have both Zektar Shrine Expedition and Khalni Heart Expedition out with three counters each you can sac the Shrine first then equip your elemental before saccing the Heart. then swing with Groundswell. that's only 2 mana to give a 7/1 trampler +8/+8!
