The big suggestion I'd make is to include some equipment to make Neheb immune to your burn effects: Darksteel Plate, Magebane Armor, Shield of Kaldra, Sword of Fire and Ice, etc. That way, you can burn the field without caring about his toughness! :)

You could also use some ways to get Neheb out sooner, since he himself is such a strong form of ramp. Seething Song and Geosurge might be very useful for that purpose, and still handy in the late game.

I also wonder, does Neheb generate mana at the end of every postcombat main phase? If so, Seize the Day and Aggravated Assault become your absolute best friends (and you should probably be running them anyway).

Soul-Scar Mage would do well here, just like any damage doubler like Furnace of Rath. Simple lightning bolts would turn into 6 mana at least. Wheels to refill the hand would be useful too!

Heartless Hidetsugu also costs 5 mana, which is a lot, but he would produce an insane amount of mana and probably end the game.

Wow, this looks like a fun deck to play. I would suggest a Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx and a Gilded Lotus if you have them laying about. Everyone likes more mana in a burn deck.

If Aggravated Assault works the way I think it does, it straight-up goes infinite with Neheb :)

This way it activates Neheb, the Eternal's second ability and then shove out a monster or big ol burn spell. Are you a burn player? Looks like you know what you are talking about lol

I am a burn player but I am not used to shooting multiple players. I am more of a single target burner.

I'm not gonna lie, I really want to build this deck.

Have you considered Gemstone Array to save some of the mana you generate? I'd put it in over Ghirapur Orrery (which seems like a very odd card here).

Also, Shinka, the Bloodsoaked Keep is strictly better than a mountain (and actually helpful here).

Purphoros, God of the Forge is must include in here, I think.
