Yeeehaw!

Why play them fandangled try hard decks when you can play a rootin' tootin' deck themed on outlaws?!?! The more outlaws you get into play, the more you can rob your opponents blind! With plenty of spells to commit plenty of crimes, you're sure to get fancy new tie around your neck when your opponents find all their fancy trinkets sitting in a hoard pile on your side of the battlefield!

More seriously though, I wanted to build a simple, fun deck that is themed around outlaw, but could still function well and give other decks a good run for their money. Most of the cards are selected not only for the name of the card (To try to keep that outlaw theme) but for function as well.

Because not every deck has to be a competitive one. Sometimes it's just good times playing something silly that can still work!
