2021 March update, based on the shell presented by Tolarian Community College "The Professor"'s decktech originally posted on YouTube back on 2018. As I always have been a fan of Dimir & Lazov and have more time during 2020-2021 COVID years, I'm finally took the plunge to built this.

Most of the skeletons/cards from the original list are intact, but I removed some of the greedier cards & win-more/nice-to-have win-cons (Hangarback Walker, Krav, Triskelion), making room for more efficient creature cards, with a focus to keeping out mana curve low (no creature cards above 4 mana). ` The mana-base has similarly been tweaked to provide good color ramp/filtering (Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth helps greatly here), as well as adding some protection functionality from Sanctum of Eternity to bounce Lavaz, and with Homeward Path to protect our valuable Dimir commander being stolen since this entire deck is centered around him!

Card pool includes Zendikar Rising and Commander Legends. I left the cutoff there and therefore no Kaldheim cards are in here, though when I have more time, they certainly can be added for sure. ( Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire, at only 3 mana with infinite boast-triggered tutor ability, would be a great card to copy)
