Lazav, Familiar Stranger basically let's you temporarily reanimate a creature from your graveyard as Lazav, every time you commit a crime.

So this deck has a bunch of ways to target your opponents and their stuff, discard big creatures into your graveyard, and exile them to make Lazav huge and try to knock people out with commander damage.

As a back up plan, once you get enough mana, you can just cast your big creatures, too.
